  8. We have had eziPass installed from the first month of its launch and it is installed on both our registers through the Tower programme. It has been both so easy to install and within 30 minutes we were selling not only the traditional phone cards, but interstate Theme Park vouchers, Flowers for Valentines Day and calling cards.

As a newsagent with a large turnover of calling cards we have found that the eziPass system is great for us, allowing us to print vouchers off our POS system without being locked into using a separate terminal has freed up staff to concentrate other customers. We would highly recommend eziPass to all newsagents as a better alternative to the current system, which we found to be too slow and troublesome.

  14. Our staff love eziPass as it is simple, fast and is all part of the customer’s transaction, often including other goods, all in one. The voucher prints on the receipt printer in a split second. We like it because we get rid of all the extraneous gear from our counter, the serving rate is higher per staff member (because it is faster) and the margins are better. Also we pay once a week instead of daily. We love it too.

We’ve only been using the exipass for the last 3 weeks, we found it to be very easy to use, no more running around trying to process the voucher and collect the payment, no more contracts to lock into and fees to pay (Bill EXPRESS/dialtime). We are now thinking of cancelling our Bill EXPRESS/ DialTime services.

  18. We have recently subscribed to eziPass with our operating Tower Systems and we could not be happier with this change. It makes so much difference for all our staff and having it installed on four of our POS terminals it makes life so much easier for customer service. Our staff loves itbecause it is so simple to use and we do not have to put up with the DialTime machine which becomes slow and the touch screen of their IT hardware leaves a lot to be desired. Having said this we have only been operating eziPass for approx four weeks but we like what we are getting, an easy system for our staff and being able to use any of our POS terminals for quick customer service. Accounting wise we have only one drawing per week to reconcile and we are making a better margin from eziPass. We wish eziPass all the best for future growth.

We haven’t had any technical issues with it, but have had lots of problems with DialTime and Bill EXPRESS. I would highly recommend this system to all Newsagencies it’s free and much better for all staff to use.

  21. Put simply eziPass is a formidable demonstration of Newsagents taking back control of their business from suppliers. By eliminating the middleman the margins are superior to the established systems and newsagents are no longer subject to supplier’s vested interests when it comes to product offering. We particularly like the fact that there are no contracts nor fees. Used in conjunction with our Tower system it is far simpler and faster to use than the two step process of using a separate recharge terminal.

  31. eziPass…The way to go!! We have & been using dial time for several years and recently started using eziPass. We Love it! We need no dedicated line, just broadband. Can do multiple vouchers, the vouchers print out FAST with no ‘calling host’ – keeping the customers happy and our busy business moving. We have 5 terminals and we can all be using it simultaneously! It’s simple to use, and is through a trusted supplier, Tower Systems.To top it off the billing is weekly with a statement provided

  33. eziPass is a great step forward in easy to use technology for producing Phone recharges, to say nothing of the other products now available at each of our POS terminals. No queues around a single terminal any more. All our staff find it simple because it’s so logical and straight forward removing risks associated with manual processes switching data between 2 different electronic platforms. Being integrated with our POS means there are no reconciliation problems – what’s sold is what gets rung in automatically. We can now vend multiple recharges in the one transaction and, with integrated eftpos, the whole process is dramatically reduced in time and complication. This is using technology to help us be more efficient and drive more cost out of our business as well as serving our customers more quickly. Weekly Statements are clear and simple and it all happens automatically in the background. It’s the only way to go.
